Know what is on every bar.
The line set schedule, kept where everyone can see it. Bar number, item, type, weight, working load limit, distance to the setting line, and a colour so it reads at a glance. Click any cell to edit.
Anything over its WLL turns red on the way in. Import the venue's own hanging plot as a PDF or a CSV instead of retyping it, and save the result as one of My Venues so the next production in that house starts from the house rig.

Preset
Call the show, cue by cue.
A cue stack that behaves the way a fly floor actually works, including when you go back.
- A cue is a moment, not a move
- One cue holds every bar that travels on it, each with its own action, speed and operator. Four bars moving together read as one cue.
- Decimal numbering
- Insert FLY Q7.5 at the dress and nothing after it renumbers.
- Dividers and presets
- House Open, Act 1, Act 2, the interval. Jump straight to any of them.
- Reorder and renumber
- Drag to reorder, or Sort by Cue # to tidy the lot.

Every line set drawn between OUT and IN, showing where it sits after any number of cues. Set the home positions first, the legs, the masking and the smother that are dead in before anyone arrives, and the drawing stays honest however much you jump around.
Fullscreen for the rail. Show Mode for safety.
Two modes for performance. Fullscreen makes the cue readable from across the fly floor: show name, running time, standby, cue count, and the moves in type you can take in at a glance.
Split it and the next few cues sit alongside the current one, in order, so whoever is on the rail can see what is coming without leaving the cue they are on. It is a display option on Fullscreen, not a separate mode, so the same screen does both.
Show Mode locks editing for the run, so nobody changes a dead by leaning on a trackpad at the half.

Account & Access
Sign in as the Admin to manage the show and its people, as an Editor to build it, or as an Operator to fire GO/BACK. Anyone who hasn't signed in sees Fullscreen Mode only.
Button Mode
A fullscreen remote with just two giant buttons - GO and BACK - sized for a phone. Open it on a phone joined to the same show while a laptop elsewhere shows the full cue view.

Save this entire show - Plot, Cues, colours, show details, picture - as a single file on your computer. Load it on any other device to pick up exactly where you left off, with no account or internet needed.
Paperwork & Printing
Choose page orientation, then print either document. Print every move, or just one operator's - cues with no moves for that operator are left off their sheet.
Dead Positions
Intermediate "dead" trims remembered per bar. Add one on a move's Action field and it's available for the rest of the run.
Everyone on the same cue.
Read the show's six-digit code out over comms and every phone, iPad or computer that should follow along can join it. Cue changes and movement through the stack sync to everyone connected.
The code is generated for you, so it is worth writing on the call sheet rather than trusting anyone to remember it. Joining costs nothing, on any plan.
No signal, no problem.
Venue Wi-Fi is not a dependency. FlyCue runs entirely local: save the show to a file, carry it on a USB stick, load it on the next machine. A bad night for the internet should not be a bad night for you.
