What you are buying

Access to FlyCue for the period your plan covers. Free is free and stays free. Production covers one show for 60 days from purchase. Season covers unlimited shows for a year. House is a venue or producing house agreement, priced per site.

Your work is yours

Every plot, cue sheet and note you put into FlyCue belongs to you. We claim nothing over it. You can export all of it at any time, on any plan, and you can take it with you if you stop paying.

If you stop paying

Your shows are not deleted and not held hostage. They go read-only and you can still export them. Pay again and they wake up where you left them.

What FlyCue is not

FlyCue is a tracking and paperwork tool. It does not call your show. The warn, the standby and the GO come from the prompt corner, over the cans, exactly as they always have. Nothing on a screen is a trigger.

It does not control any machinery, it is not interlocked to anything, and it does not know whether a bar is actually clear. The person on the rail is responsible for the move, every time, exactly as they were before FlyCue existed. Nothing on a screen replaces a look up and a look out.

Weights, working load limits and deads are whatever you typed in. FlyCue will flag a bar that exceeds the WLL you entered, but it cannot know what is actually hanging there. Check your own numbers.

Uptime

We work hard to keep FlyCue up, and it keeps running on a device that has already loaded the show even if the connection drops. We do not promise a percentage, because promising one to a department that opens at 7:30 would be a sales line rather than a commitment. Keep a printed cue sheet. FlyCue prints one for exactly this reason.

Fair use

Plans are priced for a department. Do not resell access, share one paid seat across unrelated venues, or try to break the thing. If something looks like abuse we will email you about it before we do anything to your account.

Refunds

If FlyCue does not do what this site says it does, email us and we will refund you. Nothing here limits your rights under Australian Consumer Law.

Liability

FlyCue is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to what you paid us. The law does not allow us to exclude everything, and we are not trying to.

Changes

If these terms change, the email on your account gets told before the change takes effect for you.
