Privacy
What FlyCue stores, why, and how to get rid of it.
What we hold
Your account. An email address and a password hash. That is the whole account record. We do not ask for a phone number, a company, or a job title.
Your shows. Everything you type into FlyCue: line sets, bar names, weights, deads, cue numbers, notes, operator names, and the edit history that sits behind them. This is yours. We do not read it, mine it, sell it, or train anything on it.
Who did what. FlyCue records which account made which change, because a cue sheet nobody can account for is not much use at 11pm on a tech day.
Payment. Handled by Stripe. Card numbers never reach FlyCue. We hold the fact that you paid, what for, and when.
People who join by show code
Anyone can join a show with a six-digit code and no account. We hold no personal information about them at all: no email, no name, nothing. They get the display and nothing follows them away from it.
What we do not do
No advertising. No third-party trackers. No selling or sharing your data with anyone who is not directly required to run the service. No reading your show content.
Where it lives
FlyCue runs on Google Cloud infrastructure. Payments run through Stripe. Email we send you goes through our mail provider. Those three are the only places your data goes.
Getting it back, or getting rid of it
Export any show to PDF or spreadsheet from inside the app, at any time, on any plan, including the free one. Delete a show and it goes. Ask us to close your account and we delete the account and every show on it.
Email hello@fly-cue.com and we will answer. There is no form and no ticket number.
Children
FlyCue is a professional tool and is not directed at children. If a student crew is using it under a school account, the school holds the account.
Changes
If this page changes in a way that matters, the email on your account gets told. We will not quietly widen what we do with your data and leave you to notice.
